List projects
GET
Public projects for anyone, plus private ones the caller's role or token lists. Organization admins see every project with its settings and may filter with visibility.
AuthorizationBearer <token>
An API token from POST /v2/tokens (at_live_...), or a project's secret key (sk_...) for server-side ingest.
